Sharing the gift of light. Last weekend, Project Malasakit gave solar power systems to the families of Sitio Malining and Sitio Lucban in Gen. Nakar, Quezon. Situated in the heart of the Sierra Madre mountain range, these two sitios are perhaps the most remote communities in Gen. Nakar. Thus, access to basic services is very difficult. The community was featured in the Iwitness documentary “Mga Guro ng Malining”.
