Ronner had to work as a construction worker in order for his family to have something to eat. He is now a TESDA Certified Computer technician.

Ronner is the eldest of the child of an abused OFW in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. His mother experienced a terrible event in her life working overseas. She was abused and imprisoned for one year. During this crisis abroad, Ronner’s father left the children to fend for themselves. Ronner was forced to stop schooling and had to work as a construction worker in order for his family to have something to eat.
But through Project Malasakit and with the help of the donors he was able to continue his dream of getting a college degree.
Another blessing came last December 9, 2011. Ronner’s mother was saved and was finally able to come home to the Philippines for good.
Last April 23, 2012 he graduated from a 2 year course of Computer Electronics at Access Computer College in Cubao. His lola and his mother were there by his side on one of the most special moments in his life. And now Ronner is a certified Computer technician wherein he passed the TESDA CHS NCII Computer Technician examination.
Life has been tough for Ronner but he will be forever grateful for the opportunity and support that he had received from Project Malasakit for the past 3 years. Good luck and we wish you well Ronner!
